To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and proof (photos recommended).


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
